Well it's been a couple of years since my last post but I've got a pretty good excuse this time. Last time I mentioned that I needed a bigger workshop and now I've got one! 2000
sq. ft. of high eved, level floored, roller shuttered
goodness in God's own county of Dorset.
Moving and setting up all the tools and equipment I've acquired over the years was a monumental task but now I'm finally settled in. Things were made all the more difficult because my old workshop was absolutely embedded into two
separate buildings, both with
limited access, in a old mill in Stockport.
Since most of the difficulty in moving would be in the packing, loading, unloading and setting up, it would be nearly as difficult moving 3 miles as 300 miles. I therefore decided to upsticks and move from Manchester to the Jurassic Coast. I now live 2 miles from
Durdle door and 10 minutes away from the RSPB reserve at Arne, a very magical place. Should have done it years ago :)
