V112 Large Art Nouveau Inspired Trellis for the Front of a House

This large and dramatic Art Nouveau inspired trellis, and complementary handrails, were commissioned for the front of a town house in the Netherlands. The metalwork was designed to soften the straight lines of the house and be both sculptural and functional

The trellis's naturalistic and flowing curves capture the essence of a vigorously and youthfully growing plant, and will eventually be enveloped by plants itself!
